We have started the adaptation project for the new E2O Center (School of 2nd Opportunities) in the Sant Andreu district of Barcelona, specifically on C/ Capella, 10. The building is a ground floor building and four facades with a singular composition. To begin with, we are disassembling and moving the existing equipment and then we will carry out the demolition of the walls affected by the change of use of the building and disassemble the existing cover. Then we will proceed to build the new cover and make the new interior distribution. As a significant change, the entrance to the building moves to make it coincide with the porch. Finally, the pavement, the interior and exterior carpentry and the electrical and sanitary facilities will be placed. In total, we will act on a surface of 322m2. The project lasts 5 months, has been designed by the architect Emili Gràcia Segarra, is led by Alex Martín as project manager and Jesús Peña as foreman.
