We are working on the construction of the Casasayas Building, a building with 12 apartments and 15 parking spaces on C/ Canonge Rodó, 13-19 in Terrassa. It has a constructed area of ​​1813 m2, distributed across 5 floors (basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor and undercover). We started the project at the beginning of July, and it is expected to be completed in 9 months. When we started working in this site the structure was already finished and we are currently in the interior and exterior enclosures phase. The project was designed by Ferran Pont Montaner from the studio BAMMP Arquitectes i Associats and it is led by Alberto Camenforte as project manager, Carles Hernández as production manager and Jesús Campillo as foreman.
