Bright, with a modern and functional design and surrounded by garden. These are the basic features of the new house that we just started to build on C/ Pizarro in Cerdanyola. It will measure 207m2 and will have 3 floors, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The project covers all the stages of the construction process: structure, masonry, installations and finishes, and will last 8 months (from September 2015 to May 2016). The project manager is Antonio Prados and the foreman is José Luis Felices. AID Palmes, from Cerdanyola, is the studio which created this project.
