We present the final result of the partial renovation in an apartment on Passeig de Gracia in Barcelona, of which we already inform in this article. In this project we have carried out works of demolition, dry partitioning, tiling, repair of structural elements, replacement of hydraulic and Noia ceramics, floor leveling, microcement, plumbing, sanitation, fumigation, electricity, telephony and data. The apartment still maintains the charm of the modernist style (in fact original paintings on the roof and Noia ceramics have been renovated and recovered) but has a renovated look and all the comforts of a new apartment.
