The Casa Elizalde is a building from the end of the 19th century that today houses a civic center on Carrer Valencia in Barcelona and on August we will start a project of improvement with measures of responsible public awarding, focused on three areas: the expansion of the reception in the semi-basement floor, the improvement of the lighting in the lobby on the ground floor and the transformation of the bathroom into an office kitchen on the first floor. This project has been awarded to us by BIMSA (Barcelona d'Infrastructures Municipals SA), has a budget of € 223,722.43.
