We have completed a comprehensive housing reform of 90m2 in Vacarisses. This project has entailed works of: substitution of facilities, interior carpentry, kitchen and bathroom tiling and furniture, ceramic and laminate flooring, and at the energy efficiency level a passive system has been made to save energy in the housing envelope through aluminium window hollows with RTP and low emissivity glass with double air chamber and thermal insulation on the outside of the facade based on EPS plates (Webertherm) 12 cm thick with an acrylic finish that guarantees comfort and well-being in the interior and balanced temperature conditions. This system, combined with a high-performance chimney, minimizes the costs of the existing heating system through radiators and diesel boiler. The project has been designed by Maria Egea, from the interior design department of Maheco, and it has been led by José Antonio Hernández as project manager and José Luis Felices as foreman.
