The interior area of a few blocks of apartments that are in the block formed by the streets Montsec, Moncada, Sant Antoni Maria Claret and Francesc Layret, the municipality of Esplugues de Llobregat, was in poor condition and we have carried out the project of repair of the existing wall. This project consisted of the demolition of perforated brick walls in poor condition, cutting of concrete pavement, ceramic paving, cutting of reinforced concrete structures, demolition of reinforced concrete roof and demolition of concrete walls. Once the demolitions had been completed, we carried on the new solid brick wall, with one side facing it, armed with murfor-type armor and anchored with stainless steel bars, the replacement of the tile floor, execution of the new exposed concrete rings, placement of new SAS type finishes and rehabilitation of the existing perforated iron door. The project was executed in two months and it has been led by Alex Martín as project manager and Antonio Peña as foreman.
