This 125m2 duplex that we have renovated has nothing to do with what it used to be, you just need to see the images of the before and after. The result has been the product of the following tasks: modification of the ground floor with the redistribution of bathroom, kitchen and living room to expand the kitchen and living room, reform of the access stairs to the first floor with the demolition of brick railing and replacement by a metal railing and handrail, reform of all bathrooms and kitchen, change of facilities, new parquet, replacement of exterior aluminium enclosure and new custom-made interior woodwork: doors, cabinets and shelves according to the new distribution of spaces and closing of the upper room with a metal iron door similar to the new staircase railing. The terrace and balcony have also been sanitized, keeping in the upper room the ceramic floor tile equal to the one of the terrace. The use of light colours, on the walls, floor and furniture, and the change of railing have brought a lot of light to the house, and the style of the finishes, mainly in the kitchen and bathrooms, have turned this duplex into a modern and functional house. The team that has made this makeover possible has been led by Maria Egea as interior designer and José Antonio Hernández as project manager.
