On July 27 Maheco began the interior refurbishment of an apartment located in Avenida Pau Casals in Barcelona. This is the internal reform of a 355-m2 apartment. The tasks to be performed are: demolitions, internal redeployment, suspended ceilings, lining of walls, replacement of pavement, new interior and exterior carpentry, replacement of the railing of the balcony, replacement of the existing electric facilities, plumbing, heating, telecommunications, sanitation and new installation of home automation. Finally, bathrooms and kitchens will be equipped.
The project will last 6 months and is led by Cristina Albalate (Project Manager) and Antonio Herzog (Foreman). The project was designed by the architects Alejandro Garcia Park and Joseph Oriol Gil.
