Each reform is unique because it adapts to the needs and tastes of each client and because it is done on a pre-existing basis, but this comprehensive refurbishment that we present today also has personality. Part of the original Catalan volta flooring has been recovered, in addition to wooden beams and a small original hydraulic pavement carpet. The mixed stone and brick wall of the kitchen-dining room has also been cleaned up and treated, with a result that mixes tradition and functionality. In this 125m2 terraced house located in the old town of Sant Andreu, specifically on Carrer Sòcrates, reinforcements have also been made in the old floor, a new wooden roof, laminated plaster divisions with mineral wool insulation and air conditioning by fan coil aerothermal system. The project has been designed by the architect Eulalia Batallé and has been led by José Antonio Hernández as project manager.
