Since last May we have been working on the construction project of a building with 25 apartments, parking slots, storage rooms and a swimming pool in Turó de Can Mates in Sant Cugat del Vallès. This set of 25 apartments located in a single building with a ground floor and four upper floors will be divided into two staircases of 10 and 15 homes respectively. The building will also have 38 parking spaces and 25 storage rooms spread over two basement floors and a communal area with an outdoor pool. The apartments will have 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. The project is led by Carlos Lara as project manager, Maria Jiménez as production manager and Rafael Pérez as foreman and has been designed by the TAC Arquitectes studio.
