We start a rehabilitation project in Barcelona

Carrying out a comprehensive rehabilitation is not an easy task, nor is it quick; it requires multiple steps. In the case of this project that we have started on Carrer Olesa, in the La Sagrera area (Barcelona), some of the works to be carried out are:

  • Assembly of scaffolding and mobile work tower 
  • Removing awnings 
  • Start of flashing and ceramic pavement 
  • Repair of reinforced concrete 
  • Waterproofing of horizontal facing 
  • Manufacture of rain gutters 
  • Replacement of metal anchors 
  • Painting of vertical and horizontal facing 
  • Assembly of awnings 
  • Dismantling of scaffolding and mobile work tower 
The intervention is comprehensive, and it includes the main facade, rear facade, community roof, penthouse terraces and interior of some entities.

This project is expected to be completed in 6 months and it is led by David Ayala as project manager.
