We have recently started the construction of a single-family house in Alella, in El Maresme. It is a ground floor and first floor house, surrounded by a garden and a swimming pool.
On the ground floor, which is the access floor, there is the living room-kitchen, a toilet, an office, a bedroom with a bathroom and the laundry room. On the first floor, through a versatile room there is access to a bedroom suite with a complete bathroom, two double bedrooms and another bathroom. As for the volume, the ground floor (171 m2) has more surface than the first floor (138 m2) and the first floor has a terrace that flies over the garden, thus creating a covered outdoor area.
The project is by the architects Albert Gasol and Jordi Mestrich from the studio Espairoux Arquitectura and it is led by Sergio Benedit as project manager and Juan Pedro Martínez as foreman.
