We have already started the construction works of the development of 15 apartments on C/ Belles Arts de Cerdanyola del Vallès. We are in the foundation phase and are currently working on the wall of the basement.
This project has been designed by Ferran Besa from the studio Arq71 and it is led by Alejo Martín as project manager. Once the building is finished, we will develop the section of Belles Arts street that will connect Mare de Déu del Pilar street and Misericordia street.
This development has a privileged location in Cerdanyola; It is in the Ateneo area, a quiet but very central residential area. The building will have 15 spacious 3 and 4-bedroom apartments, all of them with terraces, as well as 19 parking spaces (some of which are double) and 16 storage rooms. It will also have a garden area with a community pool and a play area on the rooftop.
