We have carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of a hundred-year-old apartment on Carrer de Sants in Barcelona, reconverting the space in its entirety and restoring the ceiling of wooden beams and the Catalan vault of the dining room so that the house does not lose this centenary identity.
In order to favour the connection of the living room with the kitchen and to give light to the area of the corridor, a glass enclosure and iron sliding doors have been made that fulfills this double function apart from contrasting with the warm materials of the ceiling.
New distribution has been made according to the needs of the customers, as well as new facilities, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, interior carpentry, and all finishes.
The apartment after the renovation consists of living room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, two double bedrooms, one with bathroom and a single bedroom.
The renovation project was designed by our interior designer Maria Egea and has been led by José Luis Felices.
