We have recently started the construction of two semi-detached single-family houses on Avinguda Antoni Gaudí in Sant Quirze del Vallès.
These two semi-detached houses will have 3 floors and a constructed area of 228 m2. They will have 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a garage, an elevator, terraces, a garden and a private pool. They will be spectacular houses, we look forward to seeing the final result.
On the basement the living room-kitchen, a toilet and a pantry are located. On the ground floor we find a hall, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a porch and a 12.15 m2 terrace. On the first floor, there are the other three bedrooms, another bathroom, the laundry room and another terrace of 18.35 m2.
The project has been designed by the architect Sara Roig Ruiz and the technical architect Oriol Carné Serrat and is led by Rosa Castillo as project manager and Antonio Peña as foreman.
