The basement consists of the garage, a storage room and an systems room. On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room and the kitchen, a multipurpose room and a bathroom. From this floor there is access to a garden that surrounds the entire house. On the first floor, there is an impressive master bedroom, with its own dressing room and bathroom, two individual bedrooms, a study, a bathroom, and a distribution space with direct access to a covered terrace.
The project has been designed by the architects Pedro Sánchez Torres and Fermín Aparicio Alcantud, from the studio Punt Arquitectes, and is led by Álex Martín as project manager, Jennifer Martín as production manager and Guillermo López as foreman.
