It is a new construction project of a multi-family building with 4 apartments, commercial premises and parking slots for these homes, located on C/ Granollers in Sant Cugat del Vallès. The building consists of a basement, ground floor, first floor and second floor. In addition, it has a rooftop and garden areas to access the building. The apartments are all different, there are apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, and one of them is a duplex. They all have large balconies or terraces and overlook a peaceful green environment. The building has an area of 600m2, in addition to 188m2 of terraces and balconies. The project has been designed by the architect Joan Pascual Ubalde and has been led by Pere Farín as project manager and Rafa Pérez as foreman.
