This is the result of the reform of a 150 m2 apartment in the Sant Gervasi neighbourhood in Barcelona. In this project, several tasks have been carried out: partial reform in facilities (electrical, water, heating and air conditioning) and in ensuite bathroom, furniture, polishing and varnishing of wood flooring, exterior tropical wood flooring in the solarium and finishes (coating, painting...). The project has been completed in approximately one month. It has been designed by the Grup Escrivà studio and it has been led by José Antonio Hernández as project manager.
