This 222-m2 house has three floors. On the ground floor we find a garage with room for two vehicles, a multipurpose room, laundry room and exit to the back garden. On the first floor there is the kitchen, the living-dining room, a toilet and a terrace with a staircase to the patio. And on the second floor there is the main room with a dressing room and an ensuite bathroom, two single rooms and another bathroom.We love the end result, especially the combination of modern style with classic touches, large windows and metallic elements.The project has been designed by the architect Sara Roig Ruiz and it has been led by Alberto Camenforte as project manager and José Antonio Ceballos as foreman.
