We have converted some 50m2 commercial premises in Cerdanyola del Vallès into this beautiful loft-style apartment. It has some 39.15-m2 separate spaces for the kitchen-dining room, the living room and the bedroom, but without partitions separating them in order to have natural light in all the spaces. Still, the bedroom can be closed with a sliding door. It also has a 3.90-m2 closed bathroom. Light colors and functional finishes have been used as a shower cabin or kitchen bar. It has several windows facing two streets that provide light to this apartment. The project has been designed by the architect Josep Esteve i Torondel and it has been led by José Antonio Hernández as project manager.
