We are working on the construction of four isolated single-family homes of 219 m2 each with a private pool in Matadepera. We are currently in the structure phase. These houses are divided into two floors: On the ground floor is the garage with space for two cars, the kitchen, the living-dining room, a bathroom, a bedroom and access to the porch. On the first floor is the suite bedroom, two double rooms, a study, another bathroom and the laundry room. The project has been designed is by the architects Pau Duran i Bros and Jordi Comas i Rovira, from the Duran Arquitectes S.L.P studio and it is led by Alberto Camenforte as project manager, Laura Chacón as production manager and José Ceballos as a manager.
