This is the result of the rehabilitation of the rear façade of a multi-family building located on Carrer Sant Ramon in Cerdanyola del Vallès.
It was necessary to rehabilitate the cladding of the rear façade of the building and also the cladding of the walls that delimit the backyard of the plot. The existing damaged plaster of these walls had to be cleaned up and a fixing mortar applied to adhere the insulating panels of the house had to be done. On the ground floor, a strip of ceramic plinth has been placed for greater protection of the facade against humidity.
