We are working on the construction of a multi-family building on C/ Raval Montserrat in Terrassa and we are currently in the structure phase. This building will have three floors. On the ground floor there is access to the building and the two commercial premises. On the first floor there will be an apartment that will have a living room-dining room-kitchen space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. And on the second floor we will find two apartments connected to the rooftop that will have a living room-dining room-kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. The project has been designed by the architects Joan Carbo Seriñana and Josep Mª Sunyer Deu and it is led by Alberto Camenforte as project manager and José Ceballos as foreman.
