We are building a new isolated single-family house located on Calle Coma de Corbins in Bellaterra (Cerdanyola del Vallès), very well connected to the highway and in a very quiet environment. The house measures 267 m2 and has 2 floors.
The ground floor consists of the entrance hall, the living-dining room, the kitchen, the laundry room, a bathroom, a bedroom/study and a garage for two vehicles.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms (one of them with a dressing room), two bathrooms and a study. It also has a swimming pool and a large garden to enjoy the exterior spaces. We are currently working on the structure phase.
This project has been designed by the architect Ferran Besa from the Arq71 i Associats studio and it is led by Pere Farín as project manager.
We are Builders since 1987. We are capable of building or refurbishing your home, your children nursery school, the playground where they play, the library where they study or the football court where they have fun.
