This detached house located in the Mas Ram urbanization in Badalona is already finished. The house has a total area of 330 m2 distributed over two floors.On the first floor we find the garage with space for two vehicles, the kitchen-office, the living-dining room, a bathroom and a double bedroom. On the second floor there is the main room with a suite bathroom, 3 individual rooms, another bathroom, a living room, a laundry room and a storage room.
The house also has a garden and swimming pool.We love the outcome, especially the combination of functional and minimalist style but elegant and sober at the same time, the large windows and the garden with a pool that surrounds it.
The project has been designed by the architect Ferran Besa from the studio Arq71 and it has been led by Alberto Camenforte as project manager.
