We start the new Rambla Montserrat development, which is located in a privileged area in Cerdanyola del Vallès, a step away from the commercial area of the town and the city center, but in a quiet street.
This develpment consists of apartments with 3 bedrooms and 72 m², 11 parking spaces and 9 storage rooms. All the apartments have two terraces, a front one of 12.50 m² and a rear one of 5.50 m². In the interior courtyard of the building there is a garden area, with a communal pool and games area, enabling residents to enjoy the exterior spaces.
The finishes are of high quality, kitchens are equipped with integrated Siemens appliances, the air conditioning system is by aerothermal energy (renewable energy source), using an air-water heat pump. Thanks to these finishes, the homes are energy efficient and the green energy label is obtained. This offers great comfort, savings in electricity consumption and reduced CO2 emissions.
Our Sales Department organizes visits to the showroom installed in our offices, where an exhibition of the finishes of this development can be seen.
The project has been designed by the architect Ferran Besa from the Arq71 studio.
