We are working on the construction of the multi-family building with 3 apartments on C / Raval Montserrat in Terrassa. We are currently filling in the sloping floor of the roof of the under-roof plant and we are working on the pallets.
On the ground floor we find the access to the building and the two commercial premises. On the first floor is the 1-1 is located the 1st, a house of 113 m², this house has a living room-kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room .
On the second floor there are two duplexs, the 2-1 1st with 102 m2 and the 2-2 of 100 m2, both have a living - dining room - kitchen, two badrooms, two badrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace.
The project has been disigned by the architects Joan Carbó Seriñana and Josep Mª Sunyer Deu, and it is led by Alberto Comenforte as project manager.
