We have already finished the construction of a beautiful building with 25 apartments, parking spaces and storage rooms with a swimming pool in Turó de Can Mates in Sant Cugat del Vallès.
These 25 apartments are located in a single building with a ground floor and four floors that is divided into two staircases of 10 and 15 apartments respectively.The building has 38 parking spaces and 25 storage rooms spread over two basement floors and a communal area with a swimming pool. The apartments have 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms.
We love the end result, especially the modern and high-quality finishes, the large windows and the functionality of these homes.
The project has been led by Carlos Lara as cap d'obra, Maria Jiménez as cap de producció and Rafael Pérez as commissioner and has been designed by the TAC Arquitectes studio
