One of them is Intimissimi and the other one is Calzedonia. These are the 17th and 18th stores that Maheco has refurbished for this group. The new Intimissimi store is located on Rambla Principal, 55, in Vilanova i la Geltrú. The commercial area, which includes a 88m2 store and a 19m2 warehouse, underwent a full renovation, including demolition, electrical systems, climate control, plasterboard, paving, painting and assembly of furniture. The works have lasted just over a month and have been led by Nando Alba (Project Manager) and Jorge Miraballes (Foreman). The other store, Calzedonia, is located on the same street, Rambla Principal, at number 18, where the old Intimissimi store was located. This commercial area is divided in the ground floor and the mezzanine, and includes a 69m2 store and a 60m2 warehouse. These reform has been partial, and included electrical installation, specific modifications of plasterboard, painting and assembly of furniture. This refurbishment has been accomplished in only two weeks, and has been led by Ferran Badell (Project Manager), and by the same foreman, Jorge Miraballes. You can see some pictures of the two shops.
