Construction of a single-family house in Sant Cugat del Vallès

We have started working on the construction of a beautiful single-family house of 379.13 m2 in Valldoreix (Sant Cugat del Vallès). It is in an ideal location, in a residential and very quiet environment and well connected to the FFCC and the highway.

We have already completed the structure and we are currently in the masonry phase.

This house is distributed over four floors:

  • Ground floor where there is the multipurpose room, 1 bathroom, the garage, the laundry room and the storage room with an exit to the outdoor area that has a swimming pool, terrace and garden area where the outdoor spaces can be enjoyed. 
  • First floor where the kitchen-dining room, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, the hall and a terrace are located. 
  • The second floor is distributed in 4 rooms, one of them suite with bathroom, a dressing room and a terrace. 
  • Rooftop floor where we find a terrace, an attic and a toilet. 
The architect of this project is Ferran Besa from the Arq71 studio. This project is led by Carlos Lara as project manager, Cristina Albalate as production manager and Guillermo López as foreman.
