We have started working on a new construction project for a multi-family building with 8 apartments located in the Mercat Central area of Sabadell.We are currently in the foundation phase. This 4-storey building has 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and 14 parking spaces and 6 storage rooms.
There are different models of floors:
2-bedroom homes that have:

-Kitchen-dining room-living room
-2 bedrooms
-1 or 2 bathrooms
Homes with 3 bedrooms that have:
-Receiver
-Kitchen-dining room-living room
-3 bedrooms, of which 1 is a suite
-2 bathrooms
All homes have a balcony, terrace or patio. This project is by Gorina i Farrés architects and is led by Jesús Barragán as site manager.
