We have started working on a new construction project in Sabadell for two single-family homes. Currently, we have made the lowering of the land and now we are beginning to open shovels, assemble and pour concrete. In very little we will carry out the sanitation work.
These homes have 151 m2 distributed over 3 floors:
- The access to the houses is located on the ground floor. This floor is made up of a hall, a toilet, a dining room and kitchen and a parking space. It has a patio of 27.24m² useful.
- The first floor consists of a main room, two single rooms, a bathroom and a hall. We also find a terrace space.
- The ground floor is made up of a multipurpose room and we also find two terraces.
The architect of this project is Ferran Besa from the Arq71 studio and the project is led by Maria Jiménez as site foremant and Guillermo López as manager.
We are Builders since 1987. We are capable of building or refurbishing your home, your children nursery school, the playground where they play, the library where they study or the football court where they have fun.
