We have started working on a new rehabilitation project for a building located in the city of Barcelona. In this new project our main purpose is to repair the elements that have been damaged and worn out over time in:
- Main facade
- Rear facade
- Dividing walls
- Courtyards
- Farm foors
The building was built in 1968, so it is currently 54 years old. The construction is made with materials of the time, a structure of concrete and steel pillars, and ceilings with waffle slabs.
We are sure that with this rehabilitation we will achieve a more modern and bright appearance.
This project has been designed by the architect PABLO LÓPEZ i ANTICH and it is led by David Ayala as project manager.
