This is the result of the construction of the 4 beautiful isolated single-family homes with a pool in Matadepera.
These houses are divided into two floors:
- On the ground floor there is a garage with space for two cars, an open kitchen, a living-dining room, a bathroom, a study and access to the garden.
- On the first floor there is the bedroom suite with bathroom, two double bedrooms, another bathroom and the laundry room.
We love the end result, especially the modern, high-quality finishes. We highlight the beautiful pool surrounded by artificial grass and the porch area where you can enjoy outdoor spaces. White colors predominate in these elegant houses, providing a greater sense of light and spaciousness, and the staircase with black tones and touches of wood manage to give these homes their own personality, that different touch that we like so much.
Its uniform architecture of exposed concrete with touches of wood and steel is spectacular.
We are very happy with the final result of this project.
The project is from the architects of the @darq_cat studio and has been led by Alberto Camenforte as site manager and Jose Cebellos as in charge.
