It is an apartment with high quality finishes, 66m2, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, very well spent, with a large balcony with incredible views over the city of Barcelona. It is located in El Guinardó, on C/ Francesc Alegre. It was a comprehensive reform that included demolition, partition plasterboard, ceiling, finished microcement walls, floor and shower trays, painting, oak pavement, exterior pavement pallet IPE, aluminum Technal, outdoor awnings, interior woodwork and furniture in lacquered wood, sanitation, electricity, plumbing, air conditioning and lighting with adjustable straps and chromatic led, supply and installation of toilets and faucets, kitchen equipment Siemens, granite bathrooms and kitchens Krion.
