We present the Can Nadal development, of 10 semi-detached houses in Arenys de Mar, finished. We love the final result of these beautiful homes with sea views.
These houses are distributed in:
- Basement floor where there is a hall, the garage with space for two cars, the storage room and the facilities room.
- First floor where we find the kitchen-dining room-living room, the office, a bathroom, the garden and terrace.
- On the second floor we find two options: 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- And the covered floor is made up of the laundry room and the terrace-solarium.
We really like how these houses have turned out, highlighting their functionality, amplitude and luminosity. These houses have a wide variety of outdoor spaces: garden and terrace on the first floor and terrace-solarium on the covered. floor.
These homes are unique, there is no home like it, since the clients were able to choose the finishes that best fit and were adapted more to your liking. Some houses have a swimming pool in the garden, others with an elevator, larger kitchens...
