We have started working on Rambla Montserrat project, carrying out the demolition to begin with the construction of the development, which is located in Rambla Montserrat 5, an exclusive and quiet place of Cerdanyola del Vallès, to a step of the commercial zone of the population and of the centre.
The building consists of 9 apartments distributed across the ground floor and four floors.
The apartments count with:
- 3 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- 2 terraces, one in each façade
- 11 parking places
- Communal zone with pool
This project has been designed by Ferran Besa of the studio Arq71 and it is led by Enric as project manager.
