We present a timelapse where the evolution of the development of Belles Arts can be seen, from its demolition to the end of construction.
This development has a privileged location in Cerdanyola; it is located in the Ateneu area, a quiet but very central residential area.
The building is distributed in basement, ground, first and second floor and has:
- 15 apartments
- 2, 3 and 4 bathrooms
- 1 and 2 bathrooms
- Terrases
- 19 parking places
- Communal area with pool on rooftop
The construction of these apartments began in the summer of 2020 and ended in January 2022.
This project was designed by the architect Ferran Besa from Arq71.
