We present the spectacular final result of the 267m2 detached house of Bellaterra, located in a very quiet area of the town and which is surrounded by nature.
The house is distributed on the ground floor and first floor and consists of:
- Ground floor: where is the access to the house with an entrance hall, a common use space, a kitchen, a double room, an hygienic chamber, a room/study, a laundry room, a garage with two parking spaces, a distributor and stairs.
- First floor: where there are two double bedrooms, a double room, two bathrooms, a study and a dressing room for the double room.
- A garden area with a garden and swimming pool.
The project was designed by the architect Ferran Besa of Arq71 and has been directed by Pere Farin as head of work.
We love the combination of wood in the beams with the white and dark grey colors of the finishes, giving it a personality of its own. ¡We hope you like it as much as we do!
