We continue making progress on the construction of the multi-family building in Terrassa made up of 12 homes distributed accross 4 floors.
We are currently working on the rear facade, on the ground and first floor systems, and on the placement of plasterboard on the second floor.
These apartments have:
- 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms
- 1 and 2 bathrooms
- Living room-dining room-kitchen
- Laundry room
- Balconies and terraces
- Outdoor area with communal swimming pool and garden
- 20 parking spaces and 12 storage rooms
The architects of this project are Pau Duran i Bros and Jordi Comas i Rovira, the technical architect is Marcos Barjola Borrego, from the Darq studio and this project is led by Alberto Camenforte as project manager.
