We concluded the Sant Vicenç development of 18 apartments in Cerdanyola del Vallès. This building is located in a quiet and centrical zone of the population and shops.
These apartments are distributed on the underground floor, first and second floor. All of them have a kitchen-living room, 2 or 3 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, terrace and a laundry room. In addition, they have 28 parking places and 13 storage rooms.
Each apartment is unique and different because the final finishes have been chosen by customers to their liking. The finishes of this development are of high quality and the air conditioning system is by aerotermia.
We love the light colors and the great luminosity that the floors have, and the combination of the black frame that brings a more modern touch to these homes.
The construction began in the summer of 2021 and was finished in july 2022. We are very pleased with the fast evolution and construction of the development and how this building has finally turned out. After a lot of effort and desire, this is the final result!
