We are moving forward on the construction of two multi-family houses at the center of Sabadell.
We are currently working on the roof, the interior dividing walls of the houses and the facilities.
The house of 130 m2 is distributed in underground floor and first floor and counts with:

The house of 151 m2 is distributed in underground floor, first and under cover floor and counts with:

- 3 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms

- Terraces and patio
The project is designed by Ferran Besa of Arq71 and is lead by María Jiménez as head of construction.
We feel like to see the final result of the apartments!
