We present the timelapse of the evolution of the construction of the 10 houses of Arenys de Mar, to remember all the construction process of the development because a lot of time we forget what it was before the final result.
The development Can Nadal counts with 10 detached-houses of 187 m2 and the apartments have:
- 3 and 4 bedrooms
- 2 and 3 bathrooms
- Garden and 2 terraces
- Private garage with 2 parking places
- Swimming pool in 3 of them
The construction began in novembre 2020 and it was finished in april 2022.
The architects of the project were Xavier Alemany Vilches, Lluís Badenas i Pràdanos and Jaume Tubert Ferrer and it was led by Diego Dávila as head of construction.
We love the brightness that the houses dispose with and the final finishes of each apartment, wich are unique, because the clients chosen them as they please.
