We present the spectacular final result of a single family apartment in Valldoreix, Sant Cugat. The house is located in a residential and quiet zone.
This apartment of 267,92 m2 is formed by the basement floor, underground and first floor, which are comunicated with an elevator and stairs. In each of them we found:
- Basement floor: garage, storage room, laundry room and a hall with kitchen and bathroom. Exit to the garden with a swimming pool.
- Underground floor: kitchen-living room, terrace, bedroom and bathroom.
- First floor: suite room with bathroom and dressing room, 3 bedrooms and bathroom.
The project has been designed by the architect Ferran Besa of Arq71 and it has been led by Carlos Lara and Cristina Albalate as heads of project.
The house has a great luminosity, which makes it look more spacious and beautiful if possible.
We love the wood-colored details, combined with white walls and black aluminum.
