This is how the construction of a multi-family building of 20 apartments is progressing, where we are currently finishing the structure of the building and working on the masonry.
The apartments are distributed on the underground floor, three more floors and ground under cover. There are 4 types of flats:
- Apartment of 1 bedroom: kitchen-living room, 1 bedroom, bathroom and balcony.
- Apartment of 2 bedrooms: kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and balcony.
- Apartment of 3 bedrooms: kitchen-living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, balcony and terrace.
- Duplex apartment: kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, studio, balcony and terrace.
Furthermore, the building has 15 parking places in the basement floor and 8 more in the underground floor.
The project is from Pau Duran i Bros and Jordi Comas i Rovira architects from Darq studio and it's lead by Alberto Camenforte as head of work and Jordi Galindo as head of production.
