We have started working on a construction project of a multi-family building of 9 apartments in the center of Sabadell, near La Rambla.
We are at the masonry phase, carrying out the dividing walls and the ones of the ramp and storage rooms.
This building is formed by a basement, ground floor, three floors and attic.
The apartments have:
- Kitchen
- Living room
- 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms
- 1 and 2 bathrooms
- Laundry room
- Patios, balconies or terraces
Furthermore, at the basement floor there are 9 parking places and 10 storage rooms.
The project has been designed by the architects studio of Gorina i Farres Arquitectes SLP and is it led by Jesús Barragán as project manager and Jessica Limón as head of production.
