We present the final result of the construction of two single-family homes located in the center of Sabadell.
The apartments consist of 130 and 151 m2 built respectively and are formed by:
- Apartment of 130 m2: distributed in 2 floors with kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, patio, terrace and garage.
- Apartment of 151 m2: distributed in 3 floors with: kitchen-living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, patio, balcony, 2 terraces and garage.
These apartments stand out for the luminosity that the large windows of the bedrooms and the exterior spaces provide them. They have a warm and functional style with the combination of natural tones and white.
The project is from Ferran Besa architect of the studio ARQ71 i associats SLP and has been led by María Jiménez as head of work.
