We continue advancing in the construction of a detached house of 256,30 m2 in Rubí.
Currently, we are working on finishes, facades, aluminum and exteriors.
This L-shaped house is composed of a basement, ground and first floor. On each floor we find:
- Basement: garage with space for three cars, a gym with a bathroom and a dressing room.
- Ground floor: ktichen, living room, two double bedrooms and one single, a bathroom, a toilet and laundry room. It has an exit to the garden with a swimming pool.
- First floor: bedroom suite with bathroom, dressing room and solarium.
What stands out of this house is the outdoor area with a pool, where you can enjoy the good weather outdoors with family and friends.
The architect of the project is Josep Pahisa Duarte and Josep Maria Estivill Rodríguez and is being directed by Pere Farin as head of work.
