We continue working on the construction of a multi-family building located on the Antoninus Pius street of Terrassa.
We are currently working on plasterboard, installations and pavement.
This building consists of 20 homes distributed on the ground floor, three floors and ground floor.
There are 4 types of apartments:
- Apartment with 1 bedroom, kitchen-living room, 1 bathroom and balcony.
- Apartment of 2 bedrooms, kitchen-living room, 1 bathroom and balcony.
- Apartment of 3 bedrooms, kitchen-living room, 2 bathrooms and balcony.
- Duplex with 2 bedrooms, kitchen-living room, study, 3 bathrooms, balcony and terrace.
In addition, the building has 15 parking places on the basement floor and another 8 on the ground floor.
The construction is already taking shape. We are sure that these apartments will be great!
The project is from the architects Pau Duran i Bros and Jordi Comas i Rovira of the studio Darq and is led by Alberto Camenforte as head of construction and by Jordi Galindo as head of production.
